These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and s4444 ("s4444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the s4444 website at s4444.vip and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and payment processing. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service on the s4444 platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use s4444.

s4444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or email. Continued use of the s4444 platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Account Registration and Verification

To access s4444's betting and casino services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. s4444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

Registration Requirements

• You must be aged 21 or above at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password reset, and security alerts.
• All personal information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your s4444 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices. s4444 will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone call, or any other channel outside the official s4444.vip website.

Deposits and Withdrawals

s4444 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Bangladesh players. At the time of publication these include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the s4444 deposit and withdrawal pages. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on s4444 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however s4444 may apply transaction limits in accordance with its payment processing arrangements.
• Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be rejected and returned where possible. s4444 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits credited to a player's s4444 account in error — whether due to technical fault or administrative mistake — remain the property of s4444 and must be returned on demand.
• s4444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after all active bonus wagering requirements (rollover) attached to the account balance have been satisfied.
• s4444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending identity verification where documentation has not yet been provided.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect winning amount being credited to a player's account, s4444 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and correct the balance accordingly.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum qualifying deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. The following general bonus terms apply to all s4444 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content on the s4444 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, brand names, logos, and promotional materials — is the property of s4444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any s4444 content without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

The s4444 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of s4444. Unauthorised use of s4444 trade marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the s4444 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or force majeure events. s4444's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

s4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, s4444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via account notification or the registered mobile number. Your continued use of s4444 following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

s4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
